五金表面自干油墨 

1、油墨特性：UV光油表面絲印UV油墨，屬于紫外線光固UV型絲印油墨。

2、適用材料：五金表面噴過油漆，烤漆，手機、MP3、電腦、電子字典、電器按鍵、汽車配件等產(chǎn)品上有過UV涂層工序再進行移印或絲印工藝。

 

3、技術(shù)參數(shù)：

1、可以通過RCA紙帶300-400次左右（175G國標(biāo)）。

2、強耐酒精測試，97%酒精度1500次。

3、橡皮磨擦5000次不露低，5000次不劃傷。

4、強耐人工手汗測試固化:一般使用2000W-3000W的紫外光射，光管高度10com,有效過光距離1米，速度15秒/米，如果墨層太厚影 將響固化速度和附著力    

 

 

4、應(yīng)急處理措施：

 

      a、如浸濺到眼部立即清水清洗，嚴(yán)重者就醫(yī)。

 

b、滅火急救措施：用干粉，泡沫滅火器或沙子滅火。
