概述:MPL系列是針對印刷高亮光產(chǎn)品之表面印刷而開發(fā)的油墨,屬雙組份,高亮光,在加入5-10% 專用固化劑后,印刷品附著力更優(yōu),可通過百格、耐膠粘及指刮測試。

[通用性]:可用于絲印,移印(需添加相應(yīng)的溶劑)
[印刷范圍]:電鍍制品(鍍鋅、鍍銀、鍍金、鍍鈦)、金屬制品、玻璃等硬質(zhì)塑料有良好的附著力。
[性能特點(diǎn)]:高亮光(可提供啞光型),高硬度,雙組份,色澤鮮艷,流平性好,高遮蓋力,耐溶濟(jì),附著力優(yōu)。
[干燥條件]:
1、自干,表干需15-30分鐘,實(shí)干需3小時以上(因氣候及印刷環(huán)境不同有差異),測試在油墨干燥后48小時后進(jìn)行
2、烘烤:100-120度烘干及風(fēng)干15-20分鐘,可達(dá)完全干透,60-80度烘干及風(fēng)干30-40分鐘,可達(dá)完全干透

[使用方法]:a. 使用前請將油墨充分?jǐn)嚢杈鶆,以防止油墨中添加的助劑可產(chǎn)生分離現(xiàn)象。
b. 印刷前有必要可首先考慮除去印刷表面的油漬及塵埃。
c. 請根據(jù)作業(yè)實(shí)際環(huán)境條件合理選取本公司之配套稀釋劑。
d. 請根據(jù)印刷的理想效果,正確選取合適網(wǎng)版:250-380目網(wǎng)紗的網(wǎng)版,膠刮:65-90度耐溶劑膠刮。
[注意問題]:
a. 本系列油墨必須搭配一定比例的硬化劑才能反應(yīng)成膜,按主劑/硬化劑5-10%比例配制并攪拌均勻后,好是先固化10分鐘,再行添加稀釋劑以調(diào)整到印刷粘度。
b. 本系列油墨可選擇自干或烘烤兩種干燥方式,待工件冷卻后再行測試;自干需待印刷后24或48小時測試。
c. 不同的干燥方式需要的固化時間差異較大,其表現(xiàn)出來的涂膜性能也有一定差異,請根據(jù)自身實(shí)際條件確立優(yōu)秀方式。
d. 多色套印時,初底層及中間層只需表干即可印刷下一顏色,后一色印完后,建議加熱固化。
e. 25℃條件下混入硬化劑后油墨可使用時間為6Hr,超過此時限,品質(zhì)將有所影響,建議每批次配制量以六小時內(nèi)用完為準(zhǔn)。
以上油墨經(jīng)SGS檢測符合歐盟ROSH標(biāo)準(zhǔn).

[dry condition]:
1, self drying, it takes 15-30 minutes to dry the table. It takes more than 3 hours (different weather and printing environment). The test is done 48 hours after the drying of the ink.
2, baking: 100-120 degrees drying and air drying for 15-20 minutes, up to completely dry, 60-80 degrees drying and drying for 30-40 minutes, up to completely dry

[attention problem]:
A., this series of ink must be matched with a certain proportion of hardeners to form the membrane. According to the ratio of the main agent / hardener 5-10%, it can be prepared for 10 minutes before adding the diluent to adjust the printing viscosity.
B. This series of ink can be selected to dry or bake two drying methods, when the workpiece is cooled and tested again; self drying needs to be printed 24 or 48 hours after the test.
C. different drying methods need different curing time. The film performance is also different. Please establish excellent ways according to their actual conditions.
D. polychromatic printing, the first floor and the middle layer only need to print the next color, after the first color printing, it is recommended heating curing.
When E. is mixed with hardener at 25 C, the time of use of ink is 6Hr, which will affect the quality beyond this time limit. It is recommended that the volume of each batch should be used within six hours.
