EXTEM Resin XH1015 is amorphous, IR transparent, halogen-free, flame-retarded thermoplastic polyimide (TPI) grade. It provides high strength, stiffness, low creep sensitivity, good dimensional stability and easy processability. It exhibits high flow, heat resistance and is lead free reflow soldering capable. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. EXTEM XH1015 is used in electrical devices & displays, electronic material, electrical components and infrastructure and industrial applications.
