本試驗(yàn)機(jī)適用于門窗合頁(yè)鉸鏈的耐久性疲勞試驗(yàn)。采用觸摸屏 plc 電動(dòng)控制。 符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：GB/T 29739-2013 ，JGT192-2006標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。結(jié)構(gòu)采用剛性材料焊接.適用于成品門窗啟閉耐久測(cè)試。

 1.采用 PLC 微電腦程序控制，框架結(jié)構(gòu)�？稍O(shè)置旋轉(zhuǎn)角度，頻率，次數(shù)，到達(dá)設(shè)定次數(shù)自動(dòng)停機(jī)。

2. 采用步進(jìn)電機(jī)，角度可控，精度高；

5. 啟閉旋轉(zhuǎn)角度 0-130 可調(diào)

6. 速度 0-10 次分鐘設(shè)置，

7. 測(cè)試次數(shù) 0-999999 可調(diào)，到達(dá)設(shè)定次數(shù)后，自動(dòng)停機(jī)；

8.  斷電自動(dòng)保存數(shù)據(jù)，來(lái)電后可繼續(xù)運(yùn)行；

9. 帶微型打印機(jī)，打印測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)

10. 整樘門最大安裝高度2400MM，寬度1000mm可調(diào)；

This test machine is suitable for the durability fatigue test of door and window hinge. Touch screen PLC electric control is adopted. Standard: GB / T 29739-2013, jgt192-2006. The structure is welded with rigid materials, which is suitable for the opening and closing durability test of finished doors and windows.



1. PLC microcomputer program control, frame structure. It can set the rotation angle, frequency, times and reach the set times to stop automatically.



2. Adopt stepping motor, angle can be controlled and precision is high;

5. Opening and closing rotation angle 0-130 adjustable



6. Speed 0-10 minutes setting,



7. The test times are adjustable from 0-999999. When the set times are reached, the machine will stop automatically;

10. The maximum installation height of the whole door is 2400mm, and the width is 1000mm adjustable;
